All digital products, 3D meshes, and scripts created by SLIPWAY DYNAMICS are subject to Second Life® content license terms.

Products are delivered with Copy / Modify / No Transfer permissions and are not refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Service Availability and Second Life Product Functionality

We strive to provide our services and infrastructure with the highest possible availability. However, uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed. Temporary interruptions, reduced performance, or outages may occur due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, infrastructure failures, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Certain Second Life® products and services provided by us rely on our external servers to function properly. As a result, temporary server outages or interruptions may cause these products to become partially or completely unavailable until service is restored.

By purchasing or using our Second Life products, you acknowledge and accept that such temporary interruptions may occur and do not constitute a defect in the product itself.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any loss, damage, inconvenience, loss of profits, loss of data, virtual assets, or other direct or indirect damages arising from temporary downtime, service interruptions, maintenance, or reduced availability of our servers or the functionality of our Second Life products.

Nothing in this section excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
